Do you have wigs on hand?

We offer ready to ship and custom made units. Custom units are made to order. Ready to ship units are created and made available for purchase after completion. I do not carry or offer factory made lace wigs on hand for purchase. Ready to ship units are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. There will be a 7-21 business day processing time for all custom wig orders. This time frame is contingent upon stock availability and influx of orders at the time of purchase. All units are constructed by machine and guaranteed to last 1+ years with proper maintenance. 

We do, however, carry 13X4 HD lace frontals, 5x5 HD lace closures and 3 different textured bundles on hand for purchase. These items are available while supplies last.

How long will it take to receive my wig? 

Custom wig orders can take between 7-21 business days to complete, depending on stock availability and the influx of orders at the time of your purchase. Ready to ship units, sale units or refurbished units have a 1-2 day processing time. Ready to ship units have a faster processing time because they are already constructed, customized and ready to be delivered to their new home. 

How do I take measurements?

You will need a measuring tape in order to take measurements. Please be aware that for the most accurate measurements and the best fit, your hair should be prepped like you are about to put a wig on (i.e, braid down, slick back, bald). Measurements should be included in the "notes" section during check out. If you do not attach measurements, for custom orders, general measurements will be used and Summa Styles will not be responsible for wigs that fit improperly. Ready to ship units are made with the general measurements listed above. Ready to ship units that do not fit properly are not eligible for refunds or returns. 

 

How do I send hair if I want a BYOB unit?

If you have selected the BYOB option for purchase, please make sure to include a phone number and email contact during check out. After the completion of your purchase we will send a follow up email that includes further instructions on how and where to mail your hair. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, there are no drop-off options available at this time.

The best point of contact for any customer inquiries, questions or concerns is via email at summastyles@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Any attempt to contact us outside of our preferred method of contact could cause a delay in response time. Contacting us via social media regarding order inquiries will result in no response.
